If there are seven deadly sins in the Bible, there too in AIM Global Business seven deadly pitfalls. It is true to its word, they are “deadly” and could kill your dreams instantly.

Here they are:

1. Reinventing the Wheel.

AIM Global networking business is very simple. The trouble is, some people makes it too complicated. It is just as simple as following the 80-20 rule.

What is the 80-20 rule?

AIM business is 80% sponsoring and 20% retailing.

So simple.

But why 80-20? Why not 50-50? Or 20-80?

Because the BIG money is found in the 80-20 rule. Sure you can still make money when you do 50-50 or even when you do 20-80 but if you want to maximize our marketing plan and make you first million in one or two years, we suggest you follow the 80-20 rule.

Why is it that other companies suggests 50% or more time for retailing?

This is because their products are good, but their marketing plan is lousy.

AIM Global is different, we have excellent products and a powerful marketing plan. It is so designed that while you go sponsoring your friends and relatives product sales and reorders comes along with it.

2. Small time Attitude.

Some people starts this business with a small time thinking, with small time action and wonder why they have small time income. They treat this like it’s some kind of a game or hobby.

When you have this kind of thinking, the slightest inconvenience would make you quit right away.
“Ay walangakong internet, wag na lang.” (I don’t have internet so never mind.)

“Upline, I can’t go to the office to attend training because it’s hot today.” Then the next training comes and you say, “Upline, I can’t attend the training because it’s too cold today.”

These crazy reasons won’t help you get to where you want.

You have to start BIG TIME. Your mindset should be like as if you have invested in millions of dollars or pesos to get in.

Think as if you have opened a giant supermarket store where you loaned a huge sum of money in the bank.
When you have this mindset, it’s pretty sure you would worked hard and think big time from Day 1 of your AIM Global career.


3. Procrastination

There was this Distributor named Pok. She was invited to an opportunity meeting in AIM Global, she got interested but was a little hesitant to join because she said she is busy with her work. After one month of continuous follow up from her Upline, she was then convinced to join. When they got to the office, lo and behold she saw her sister Wang, with some of her friends attending the business orientation.

Later she found out that her sister joined just three days ago and purchased seven global packages..Pok really regrets not joining quickly.

We just change the names but the above story is true. In this type of industry, you need to have a sense of urgency. You must understand that when you find it hard to decide if you would join AIM Global, right that moment you already made a decision.

Why do we procrastinate?
1. Don’t know how.
2. Don’t know why.
3. Don’t know when
4. Don’t like doing it.
5. Don’t like someone else is doing it.
6. Forgetfulness.

4. Taking Rejections Personally.

This is one whole topic in itself. It seems that rejection is the waterloo of many new distributors. Many quits right after one or two rejection. They take it personally, like as if they are so shock why their best friend said “no” to their offer. They feel that there is something wrong with them and they start justifying it by thinking that maybe this business is not for them after all.

Do not take rejection personally. It says nothing about you as a person. And rejection is part of life and it is not a personal attack.

There is a four letter word we must use when we get rejected – NEXT! When you hailed the first taxi you saw this morning going to work and for some reason it did not stop in front of you, did you know that is rejection too? But did you stop there? No, you just brushed it off and look for the next one.

There are certain number of reasons why people don’t join, perhaps it is not the right time, or you didn’t say the right words or they are altogether not the right person.

Right time, right words, right person is very crucial in finding a prospect that would say YES to you and the only way to find this people is to keep learning the business. Get a mentor, perhaps your upline to guide you.

5. Neglecting your Retail Sales

We discussed in the 80/20 rule in the 1st deadly pitfall in AIM Global business. Have you ever wondered why we didn’t say go 100% of your time on your sponsoring and leave none to your retail sales?

It is because the 20% time you dedicate to your retail sales should not be ignored. This is very important especially when you’re new. The 20% profit could help cover your daily operational allowance for food, gas, fare, internet and phone bills, in growing your network. A healthy networker should have at least 10-20 repeat retail customers.

You do not really need to be an expert in selling. Just talk about our products the way you talk to your friends about the great movie you saw over the weekend. Be excited and share the benefits. If they buy the product then fine, if not then it’s also fine. No hard selling. No hard feelings if they reject your offer.

The good part here is once they buy our products, since it is of excellent quality, the product would then speak for itself so don’t be surprised if after a month or two, they would call back to reorder for more. And pretty soon you might even get them interested to join the business.

Friends, believe us, you would not have a more powerful downline than the one who has tried ourproducts, got healed from a disease or had a better health then has become a serious networker. They are very unstoppable and won’t need more motivation in doing this business.

So don’t neglect your retails sales.


6. Listening to dream stealers.

It is natural for new distributors to invite their closest friends and relatives first to join this business, after all if you discovered a pile of gold under your backyard, you would most likely show and talk about this to your most trusted confidante.

The trouble is when you share this business to your best friend or relative some of them don’t really see “Gold” instead, they give you 101 reasons why you should stop doing this business. They would come up with stories of the past, like they would tell you that your Uncle tried doing business before and he failed or they would gossip to you about your next door neighbor who was victimized by a certain pyramid scam, etc.

If you are not careful and if you do not have a definite reason on why you join AIM Global, they could persuade you to quit.

We suggest to prepare yourself for these type of people. They disguised themselves as someone who cares for you, but in truth they are your dream stealers.

Listen to them only if they would pay your next electricity bill. Listen to them if they would pay your child’s tuition fee. Listen to them if they can give you enough money so that you can go home for good in your country because you were forced to work overseas for you family. Listen to them if they can give you your dream home or your dream car. Listen them if they can give you your financial and time freedom.

But if they can’t give you any of these, just say ”thank you”, go on your way and study the business more and learn it by heart and do your part. Then maybe someday when your already earning big you can make them listen to you this time.

Be wise, don’t listen to dream stealers.


7. Abusing your Upline

We believe that your Upline has a great responsibility in helping you earn quickly in this business. It is your Upline’s job to train you, inspire you, lift you up when you are down, help you do one on one presentations, help you do group presentations both online and offline, reserves seats for your guest at our offices.

If your Upline is this powerful and supportive, be thankful, because you have a great leader to guide you.

If your Upline is weak, still be thankful, because you have the opportunity to step up young and early in your networking career as a leader.

There is a lot at stake being an Upline. To be an Upline means that you assume the role of a mentor or a coach of your group.

However there is a “cooking time” that an Upline can only give to you. “Cooking time” means a certain amount of time that your Upline will be there to do everything for you. This means that there should also be a time that you as a follower or student must learn how to step up and be a leader yourself.

Remember your Upline is not your employee. You are business partners and as business partners you have to treat your Upline with the kind of respect you want to be treated. Some downlines burn their Uplines with endless complaints, lamentations and other emotional demands.

So learn quickly as you can because you are not forever a mere downline. The moment somebody joins you in this business, you also assume the role of an Upline.

There is no secrets to success, these are all results of hard work, following proven systems and preparation.

Yes, we know it’s already mid-January but you can’t deny, it still is a brand new year!

So… how was your new year’s resolution going?

A few days ago a friend of ours was greeted by another friend, “Happy New Year!” What’s your new year’s resolution?

The friend replied, “Anong new year? Anong New Year’s resolution? Tapos na new year noh?” (What New Year? What New Year’s resolutions? New Year is already finished!)

It’s almost like as if he was saying New Year is only a one time event that happens only in New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.

And this is why a lot of the New Year’s resolution fail. People forget to follow-up on their goals.

Maybe you won’t feel it now because it’s still early in the year but in the coming days and months ahead, you can see the lack of commitment to make it happen.

A popular new year’s resolution is losing weight. You might find it hard to park your car going to the gym because for sure all gyms are packed. You might also see a lot of people jogging early in the morning to exercise too.
But all of these is only happening because it’s January. Wait next month or March. The gym is all yours for the taking.

We all have fallen to this trap. Maybe not about health, but perhaps with our finances or relationship. We set out to do things early in the year, but fail to follow through.

Not to worry, because these things will not happen to you, not today, not this year. We will help you press the Reset button and start Afresh.

The first step to be big in 2016 and achieve your wildest dreams is to declare!

Pastor Joel Osteen from his book, “I Declare” said that, “The words you speak set the course for your future.”

This is very true because words have energy, it has power. Your words can uplift you or destroy you. It has the ability to inspire, energize and love another person but it also has the capability to discourage and hate.

Use your words into your own favor.

Set an intention for abundance this year. Go in front of the mirror and tell yourself, “I am happy, whole, healthy, abundant, loving and kind.” “I am happy, whole, healthy, abundant, loving and kind.”

Repeat it every day. Make it your own mantra.

Say it with conviction. Believe in it. Surrender to it.

Ask any successful person today, all of them in the beginning have set an intention to become successful, and that they have become.

This is how the Universe operates. You have to set an intention first before you go take action.

The scripture says, Ask and Receive. You have to ask first.

But be careful on what you ask, don’t ask negatively. When you say “I don’t want to be poor” Your subconscious mind can only remember one word from your statement. And that is the word “poor.”

It’s just like Google, when you type “I don’t want to be poor, your screen will be flooded of images of scarcity and poor people.

Instead say, “I am already rich.” (Even if you’re not) Why?

Someone is listening.

Your subconscious mind.

And God.

And when these happens, it will bring experiences that will validate what you are saying.

It could be through your relationship where the right person will come to you.

Or a positive result on your medical report.

Or maybe in business where 5 people have come forward to buy 7 Global Packages from you.

So go ahead and declare your dreams. Just remember, words are powerful, if you put it into action, it can be life changing.


Dream big! If it offends someone, so what?! Dream bigger!

The next step in manifesting your dream-come-true life is very obvious.

You have to learn how to dream. (I told you it’s obvious.)

But few people really know how to dream and in worst case scenario a lot of people never dream at all.

They simply forgot about it. It could be because of negative upbringing or past failures and rejections.

They have let their circumstances or other people steal their dreams from them. Sadly most of those “other people” are actually the people that you love.

They would hear words from their parents like, “Anak, mahirap lang tayo kaya wag mo masyadong paliparin ang isip mo na mangarap ng malaki.” (My child, were poor, so don’t let your mind wander into dreaming too big.)

Or maybe after telling your spouse that you dream of buying a new car and a new house, he or she would say,”Mangangarap ka ng kotse? Bahay? E yung bayad sa kuryente di pa nga bayad.” (You’re dreaming of buying a new car and a new house but our electricity bill hasn’t been paid yet?)

Or perhaps after attending an Opportunity Meeting with AIM Global you got so excited and tell your kids, “Mga anak, yayaman na tayo!” (My children were going to be rich!) And one of your child would say “Nay, gutom lang yan…. Kanina naglalaba lang kayo, ngayon yayaman na hahaha” (Mom, you must be hungry… a while ago your just doing laundry and now you’re telling us we will be rich hahaha)

These people may have the purest intention of discouraging you, and that is they don’t want you to get hurt when you fail. But what makes them think you are going to fail in the first place? They don’t know you from the inside.

They don’t know what kind of stuff you are made of. You are a child of God, and as a child of God you have the right to dream.

So always dream big, and don’t be realistic about your dream.

We say, “Be unrealistic.”

Yes, you heard us right.

Be unrealistic.


If someone told the Wright brothers to be realistic in their dreams, we would not have an aluminum tube frame with wings flying in the air serving a million passengers a year to their destination.

If someone told Henry Siy to be realistic in his dreams, then we would not have supermalls called SM or Shoemart making him the richest man in the Philippines.

If someone told Dr. Ed Cabantog, Eng. Francis Miguel and Mr. Raymond Asperin to be realistic in their dreams, we would not have the best MLM and Direct Sales Company in the World called Alliance in Motion Global.

Being realistic is the most commonly travelled road to mediocrity,
Why would you be realistic? There is no point in being realistic.

The most successful people in this world have all been “unrealistic” in their dreams. The first question they ask themselves is not How it will be done, it is the Why it will be done, then the What and How comes next.

Action Plan
It’s your turn, go and write down your personal declaration for 2016. Then post it in your Facebook wall or print it out to carry with you wherever you go so that you be reminded that wherever you go, your intention is on its way to you.

If you don’t have an intention use “I am happy, whole, healthy, abundant, loving and kind.”

Use it, feel it, and live it!

MLM Godfather – Super Prospecting with AIM Global

“I will make him an offer he can’t refuse.” This is what Don Vito Corleone from the movie Godfather said every time he wants to get something done. It literally means, do this or I will kill you. One time he had a godson, a singer named Johnny Fontaine. Johnny when he was starting out signed his services to a big band. But he went solo and as his career became better and better, he wanted out from the band. Unfortunately this band leader doesn’t want to let go of Johnny, so he sought helped from his godfather.

Don Corleone then went to this band leader and offered $10,000 just to let Johnny go. But the band leader said no. The next day, the Don went back to the band leader but this time with one of his gangsters. One hour later the band leader signed Johnny’s release for a certified check of $1,000.

How did he do that?

Well, the Don offered the guy something he can’t refused. While his gangster is holding a gun to the band leaders head, he assured him that it’s either his brains or his signature will be on the contract.

There are lessons that could be learned from the story above if you are a serious network marketer. No, it is not pointing a gun to your prospects head and asking them to choose between buying a Global Package and be a member or having their brains inside a package if they don’t.

Not that.

It’s too disgusting.

And you could end up in jail afterwards.

It is actually the message behind this story that you could learn and take home with you.

It is about creating powerful offers that could skyrocket your income up to the stars.

In our everyday life, if you really notice, offers are being made constantly. You go to the mall, you see many things on display in each store, and in most cases there is an offer just beside each item like “buy 1 take 1” or “ 50% off today only”.

You go to a restaurant and again offers are being made like “buy our special meal today and you get a FREE bucket of hot soup! Or unlimited rice!

“You buy a new car today and your salesman would throw in offers like FREE carwash, FREE maintenance, FREE towing for the next six months.

When your home, you talk to your kids, you need to master creating powerful offers too.

Which do you think is more effective?

1. Son, please fix up your room.


2. Son, if you fix up your room I am going to give you a FREE trip to Disneyland, buy you a new toy, give you a new gadget and treat you to Dunkin Donut this weekend!

Son: Wow Dunkin Donuts this weekend!! I need a broom right away! (Some kids are so easy to please)
In network marketing we too create offers to our prospects. We offer them to buy our product, join our business, attend our opportunity meetings, etc.

The trouble with this is, some of our offers are very lame. It does not excite our prospects. In fact some of our offers sound boring to them.

The standard words that we say is “give me P7980 and I will give you a Global Package.” It may not exactly be what we say but that is how it sounds to our prospects mind. It makes them want to talk about the weather instead.
Here are more examples of how our invitation sounds when our prospects hear them. Again it may not be exactly what you said, but they run these conversation inside their heads as you are speaking.

Do you want extra income? (Wow, not another scam!)

Buy this product, it is very effective. (Yeah right, that is what everybody will say.)

Come and attend our seminar tonight. (Seminar? Sounds like a prayer meeting. So boring.)

Join me now and become a member. (LOL, and then you can make money out of me!)

All these offers make a potential MLM leader into a negative, judgmental network marketing hater. No wonder you could not sponsor your brother in law, best friend or cousin into your business.

Remember as MLM pro Tom “Big Al” Schreiter said, “The first 20 seconds of your conversation with your prospect is the most crucial part of your MLM success.” Whatever words that come out of your mouth on those first 20 seconds would be process inside of the brain of the person you’re speaking to as something that could pique their interest or it could sound their negative alarm of staying away from you.

So if you could not sponsor anyone into your business, you have to reflect upon the way you have package your proposal to them.


Romancing the Global Package

When you say come join me for P7980 and I will give you a kit which contains our products and services, it may bring prospects to be interested to you. However, that is what everybody else is saying already. Anyone can know that information just by going to our website, or somehow they have already heard it in our daily seminars and even watched our business presentation in YouTube. But what if you add more extras to your offer. Here are a few examples.

Sure here are some more answers you can use to your prospects.

– I help people how to retire 10 years earlier.

– I show how ladies how to look 10-20 years younger the natural way.

– I show people how to lose weight without changing their eating habits.

– I show people how to make big money by helping others.

– I make people not rely on the government much when it comes to their finances.

– I help people to have the energy of a 20 year old at 50.

– I am working on my part-time business. I realize that there is no such thing as job security nowadays anymore.

– I help OFWs have a chance to go home with their families with a great business opportunity.

“Correct Pedro, this is much better instead of giving answers that you try to push down on your uninterested prospects throat which sometimes lead to an heated argument that you would never win. If you do that your relationship could get damaged. And because of that you would never sponsor your prospect, not today, not tomorrow, and not ever. If your friend becomes interested in the future, your friend would not come to you to be their sponsor. They would look for somebody else.” Jurgen replied.

“Thank you so much sir Jurgen, I have learned a lot from you today.” As Pedro got up ready to leave, he saw the restaurant manager by the door, he then asked, “by the way, what do you do for a living?”

The restaurant manager replied, “I welcome all patrons and non-patrons to our cozy food and drink establishment and also supervise all my staff with a better and proper way of handling all the activities inside this place so that we will have a big profit margin by the end of the day.”

Pedro smiled and thinking out loud, “Wahahahaha, this guy needs to be trained by sir Jurgen about his benefit statement.”

The “what do you do for a living approach?” puts your prospects guard down and in case you didn’t know it yet, in your many years of existence in this planet, people love talking about themselves to other people. They love to tell stories of who they’re with, what places they have been to, what kind of a jerk their boss is, and sometimes they even tell you other things that you don’t really want to know about. You asked them one question and they open up their lives like a fairy tale novel. This could be the only downside with this.

The upside is after they have exhausted their bio-data to you, they would then turn the favor, out of courtesy and ask you, “How about you? What do you do for a living?”

And bingo!

This is where your prepared answer comes into place.

Now once you answered your prospect, two things can happen, first is,if they find what you have said interesting they would ask more questions, they will give you some hints to “tell me more”. Or second, your prospect could just say, “hey did you know that there is a storm coming up tomorrow?” Even if the sun is out shining! They would simply change the topic. Either way, it’s a win-win situation for you because you are learning, and second you gain more friends which could be a future prospect anyway.

The idea here is to gain more prospects, and the number of prospects you add to your list is directly proportional to the number of times you ask this question.

The more people you ask, the more the chance you can get interested, qualified prospects that you could set an appointment with your upline or make them attend a big opportunity presentation.

This technique is way much better instead of forcing an uninterested person to take a look at your business and makes your life in AIM Global stressful.

Mastery of Prospecting Part 2 (Refining your Invitation)

Pedro asked AIM Global VP for Business Development Jurgen Gonzales, “Sir Jurgen, what does generic, confusing, defensive invitation means?

Jurgen said, “Well it’s very simple Pedro, most distributors when asked what kind of business they are in, they give their prospects confusing answers instead of focusing on what they really do and what benefit the business could give to their prospects.”

Pedro answered, “You know what sir, I think you are right on that, because all of my prospects asked me what I do for a living and these are my answers.”

“I am with Alliance in Motion Global, an International business and I am currently ranked as Distributor!” Well, I don’t really see any prospect benefits here.

“I am a distributor of an International Company that focuses on health and wealth. I help people get promoted from Silver Executive to Gold Executive up until they reach the Global Ambassador position. I also help them earn up to the 10th level of our Uni-level Marketing Plan.” Hmmm, I sounded like a Doctor speaking medical terms to an ordinary patient. I guess even I would not be interested to what I have said it I was invited this way.

“Well cousin, I became independent now, I am a distributor of AIM Global, and I help people diversify their money to a much profitable opportunity so that they can have a residual income and increase their lifestyle” – Wow, I sounded like an alien from outer space.

Jurgen asked, “Are you humiliated that you’re doing AIM Global business? Or do you just have trouble on explaining it to your prospects?”

“I’m proud of what I do sir! It’s just that. I don’t know the right words to say to my prospects. I don’t want to say I recruit people, bring them to our office, attend our big events, and do online marketing, share products to our customers, because I feel they will automatically reject me.”

“You’re right. That sounds really hard too. My advice is you just simply focus on two things that prospects want to hear”, Jurgen said.

“And what are those two things?” asked Pedro.

“Those two things are:

1. What do you do?

2. If what you do would benefit them?

That’s it.” Jurgen said.

“That’s it? It sounds easy to say, but hard to do.” Pedro replied.

“Well why we don’t review what your three prospects said. They must have heard something nice from their sponsor that is why they joined AIM Global. And I bet they are using those same answers to their prospects when asked what they do for a living.” Jurgen said.

Gee, I never thought of that. Let’s see what they answered when I asked them what they are doing now.

1. “No Pedro, we qualified in AIM Global’s Travel Incentive program. We were so blessed to see this wonderful opportunity, and we also got tickets to watch an NBA game for FREE! You see Pedro, their only two kinds of people in this world, those people who earned a lot of money thru word of mouth advertising, have fun and get a free travel abroad and those who don’t. So which person do you want to be?” – Wow free Travel, free NBA game and I was asked to choose from making money or not. There are lots of benefits in that answer.

2. “Yes Pedro, I’m using this product called Whitelyt and Perfect white they make my skin soft, smooth and light, plus I also used C-24/7 which makes me feel younger and more energetic the whole day.” – My aunt really had mastered the art of sharing without selling. There are two great benefit answers to this.

3. “Well Pedro I don’t just use them, I share them to all my friends! AIM Global has a great marketing plan that makes me earn a lot even at my old age.” – This builds curiosity. It makes people want to know more, I mean whoever gets an opportunity to make big money at an old age right?

4. “Thanks! I’m actually selling Burn products. They’re good for people who want to lose weight, there are many obese people nowadays and it seems that everybody wants to be in shape and healthy. Plus, I get to earn huge income just by sharing this great opportunity.” – This answer made me really excited!

“Sir Jurgen I think I am getting what you’re telling me. I am beginning to realize that my lost prospects concentrated on how their products helped them, they use their own testimony or they might probably use somebody else’s product testimony. And they also tried to check if I would be interested to have a part time income. I am seeing a great pattern here.”

“That’s right.” Jurgen said. “You don’t have to be defensive in talking about your products. You also don’t need to be pushy or offensive on talking about your business. Just let them know what you do, what benefits it can bring them and if they get interested, they would want to know more and ask you more questions about it. But if they are not interested, they would quickly change the subject and talk about something else. Your interested prospects can ask you questions like these.”

– Really Free Travel? I love travelling, what do I need to do to get the same privilege as yours?

– Hmmm, that sounds interesting. How does the word of mouth advertising works?

– How can I be younger looking like you?

– Are your products safe? I think I want to try it.

– I heard about AIM Global before, but I never really got to chance to know how it works, can you explain it to me?

– Yeah you’re right it’s so hard being an employee. It’s much better when you become your own boss and have a business. How can I join you?

– I’ve been working for so long and I have yet to buy a car tire much more a car. Please let me know how your business works

“If you listen to the hidden meanings to these replies, it will only tell you one thing. I am interested, Tell me more. Don’t you like it Pedro to have your prospect tell you I’m interested in your offer. It would definitely motivate you to talk to more people about your opportunity. Right?”

“Yes sir Jurgen, I understand what you’re saying now, it will make things better for me because when I hear prospects wanting to know more about my business, it would surely make my prospecting a lot more fun and exciting. Can please give me more example of what great answers I could tell my prospects when asked, What do you do for a living.?”

“Sure here it its……”

Mastery of Prospecting Part 1

Once upon a time, an AIM Global distributor named Pedro was standing in line to buy tickets in Enchanted Kingdom (an amusement park), when the lady behind made a small conversation with him.
She said, “So, what kind of work do you do? What do you do for a living?”

Pedro felt excited! This is his chance to sponsor someone into his business, he is very eager to tell her how great AIM Global is, that it has created over 1000 millionaires in 9 years, and how good and effective our products, and how lucrative our marketing plan, plus the great training teams, marketing teams, speakers bureau etc. He had so many things that he wants to say, the problem is he does not know how to say it.

So when he opened his mouth, no words came out!

The lady then said, “Oh I see, you are a secret agent and you don’t want anyone to know you’re a spy.” Well it’s nice to meet you.”

Now that made Pedro depressed, he lost a good prospect! He told himself that this would never happen again. He would make sure that he would come prepared next time he has an opportunity to meet someone.
That opportunity came sooner than expected because the next day, his nephew turned 8 years old and he and his family got invited to his birthday party. As expected, when a child throws a party most visitors are children. So he told himself, well, I don’t think there is much prospect here. And besides it may be unethical to do business in my nephew’s party.

After a while, Juan, his brother in law, came up to him and offered a drink, he said, “Well Pedro what kind of work do you now do?”

Pedro’s mind raced! This is another chance for him to sponsor a new prospect and this time he is ready! He then said, “I am with Alliance in Motion Global, an International business and I am currently ranked as Distributor!”
Juan said, “Ah okay, hey have you seen the line-up of the San Antonio Spurs next season? They are going to be tough to beat! I bet it would be Spurs vs Warriors in the West finals next year!”

Aww Pedro blew it again, you know it when someone is not interested on what you’re saying, they will quickly change the topic.

Later in the party his Aunt Sheila who he hasn’t seen for years came up to him and asked him, “so Pedro, what do you do for a living?”

This time Pedro said he is going to expand more about the company. He said, “I am a distributor of an International Company that focuses on health and wealth. I help people get promoted from Silver Executive to Gold Executive up until they reach the Global Ambassador position. I also help them earn up to the 10th level of our Uni-level Marketing Plan.”

Aunt Sheila said, “Really??? So how’s your mom doing?”

Strike three! Pedro’s head hung low and he wondered why his aunt doesn’t seem to have heard what he said. He was so sad that he went in the living room to just mope alone. But inside he saw his cousin Joy drinking coffee.

After exchanging some hugs and kissed, Joy ask, “So cousin, what are you up to now?”

He told himself, “this time I am going to focus on the benefits of AIM.”

“Well cousin, I became independent now, I am a distributor of AIM Global, and I help people diversify their money to a much profitable opportunity so that they can have a residual income and increase their lifestyle” – Pedro answered.

Her cousin, said, “Okay well, I work for Microsoft. I believe nowadays you really need to have job security.”

As Pedro went home that night, he told himself what a terrible day, what a boring party, my relatives all have a poor mindset. They seem to be not interested to have a better life. What a waste! I wonder where I can find good prospects in my business.

One year later…..

Pedro was again invited to another family gathering. His sister and brother in law Juan threw a farewell party (despidida) because they are going to the United States for two weeks’ vacation. At the party Pedro got the chance to speak to Juan, and Juan said ““Hi Pedro, guess what?? I’m going to watch an NBA game live in the States!”

Pedro replied, “Wow! You guys are really going to have fun huh! Your trip could really have cost you a fortune!”

Juan said, “No Pedro, we qualified in AIM Global’s Travel Incentive program. We were so blessed to see this wonderful opportunity, and we also got tickets to watch an NBA game for FREE! You see Pedro, their only two kinds of people in this world, those people who earned a lot of money thru word of mouth advertising, have fun and get a free travel abroad and those who don’t. So which person do you want to be?”

Pedro’s mind lit up and he said, “Wow, I never saw that perspective before! Well I congratulate you; I too am a distributor of AIM Global!””

Later in the party, Pedro bumped in to her Aunt Sheila.

Pedro said, “Hi Aunt Sheila, it’s been a year since I last saw you, you look so pretty and young!”

Aunt Sheila said, “Yes Pedro, I’m using this product called Whitelyt and Perfect white they make my skin soft, smooth and light, plus I also used C-24/7 which makes me more energetic the whole day.”

Pedro said, “Hey those are great products of AIM Global, it’s a good thing that you became a user of these products because they really are effective.”

“Hmmm, and what great opportunity is that?”, Pedro asked.

Well you see Juan invited me to an opportunity meeting in AIM Global and there I saw a great chance for me to leave the rat race of employment!

“But isn’t your job in Microsoft stable enough? I mean it’s a big Company right?” Pedro said.

“Oh cousin, jobs are only good in the beginning, their no such thing as job security anymore, no matter how big the Company you’re working for is, when they feel that they no longer need you, they can simply fire you anytime.”

Pedro was thinking, what a change of paradigm, what a change of attitude. Last year she was so proud that she is with a giant company, now she is thinking of financial freedom than job security.

To make matters worse for Pedro, Joy added, “By the way, do you like my car? I got that from AIM Global business. I was able to save a lot of money that I no longer commute! Thank God for AIM.”

As Pedro took off from the party, he was thinking again, what has happened to my relatives? I had a chance to sponsor all of them last year, but they all are uninterested but today they seem to be more active than I am in this business! It’s so unfair!

Pedro said, “Well sir, I feel down today. You see my entire negative prospect from last year, I just found out today are all now members of AIM Global. I felt like crying. It’s unfair. I don’t know why, is it because the way I looked? The way I smell. Or perhaps it’s in the palm of my hands that I won’t get good prospects. I’m doomed!”

Jurgen smiled and said, “well Pedro, other people get all the good prospects not because of their looks; it is just simply because they have better skills. When they invite people, they tell their prospect exactly what they need. They don’t practice stealth recruiting. They don’t beat around the bush. They give people the benefits of our business that is in line with their needs. They have the right things to say, at the right person at the right time. They don’t give out generic, confusing, defensive answers.”

Hmmmm Generic, confusing, defensive answers? What does that mean?

Energy of Attraction

The world we live in is like a sea of vibrating energy. Everywhere you go, anywhere you look energy exists. It exists outside of you and not knowingly, it exists inside you. In case you don’t know, we as humans are all made up of energy. In our product presentation, we tell our audience that our body is made up of systems (respiratory, circulatory etc.) and systems are made of organs (lungs, heart, pancreas etc.) and organs are made up of tissues then tissues are made up of cells.

Now if you go deeper than cells, you will find out were made up of molecules, then smaller than molecules are atoms until finally we got subatomic particles, electrons, protons, neutrons and physicists right now are finding much smaller particles called quarks etc.
Now here’s the catch, smaller than the smallest of the known particles is a sea of vast vibrating energy. So we humans are literally made up of nothing but energy.

Our bodies emit energy, and one of the most powerful form of radiating this energy is thru our thinking. So when you think of something, your thought actually release that energy into the world around you.

The good thing here, whatever your goals and plans in your life is, the Universe is conspiring to make it happen for you. We live in a friendly Universe.

This could be the very reason why you are doing AIM Global business right now, because at one point in your life you were thinking of abundance or an opportunity where you can make your dreams come true.

And voila, all of a sudden a friend or a relative of yours suddenly invited you to an opportunity meeting, and here you are doing AIM Global business for your dreams.

Like energies attract like energies, as what the book The Secret by Rhonda Byrne said.

It is as if you become a big human magnet, where anything that you think and believe in your heart has the capability of coming into existence.
That is why we always teach you to be positive, because positive thoughts attract positive results.

If you start off doing this business and you believe in your heart that one day you can become a Global Ambassador and be one of our Millionaires Circle member, the Universe would then conspire to make it happen for you.

The right person would come to you, you will have plenty of customers. When you look at your DTC (Data Tracking Center) you will see names of people you don’t know. Money comes to you effortlessly.

These things are not happening by coincidence. They are just simply the results of the energy that you are expressing into this world.
Where did this energy come from?

Again it goes back to your thinking and feeling.

So you have to be aware of your energy, because believe us or not your thoughts can affect the world you live in. You can affect people’s lives. Your energy in a grander scale can change the whole world!

Now you may ask, how could an ordinary person like me change the world?

It is because we are all linked together.

Everything around us is connected. Every movement causes a stir in our surroundings. Imagine this, the deforestation by illegal loggers in Asia can cause a climate change in North America. A climate change in North America can cause the change of migratory birds in Africa and so the cycle goes.

A single thought coming from our Board of Directors of creating a Company that could change people’s lives gave birth to Alliance in Motion Global which has now created more than 1,500 millionaires expanding aggressively worldwide.

Picture this.

One person coming from poverty joins AIM Global, worked hard to be successful and became a millionaire, bought his own car, bought his own house, gave back to charity and suddenly his whole life is changed, and because his life is changed his family’s life is changed, and since their families life has change it will also affect other families because they believe that if one family can do it, they can do it too. And so the cycle goes. But if you really think about it, where did it all started?

It started from us. We go back to the energy we emit. We go back to the thoughts that we have.

So if you start today by changing the way you think, you can change your life.

But no, we have this powerful machine called our mind and heart that we can use to live a happy and fulfilling life.

And when it comes to money, we are always creating, either the lack of it or the abundance of it.

So always have this abundant mindset in you. Every morning when you wake up, tell yourself

“I’m beautiful.”

“I’m handsome.”

“I’m a force for good.”

“Something good will happen to me today.”

“Money comes in easily and effortlessly.”

It comes when you believe it will come. So as long as you are following the system, doing whatever it takes to gain more prospects, it will come.
The key here is believing, when you believe, you emit that aura of abundance coming to you. You bring that energy from thought to action which attracts like energies to come into your lives.

When you emit energy of abundance, that energy attracts like energy so when you go out looking for prospect into your business, you can attract prospects who are looking for you.

So take advantage of this wonderful gift we have been given. Use it to your advantage. Make it work for you not against you.

Practical Guide in Handling Rejections

Every person who has become a Champion in any endeavor has one way or another experienced rejection. Everyone be it in sports, music, sales, acting etc. has their fair share of denial. In fact the more rejections these people had, it is more likely that they become more successful.

The business of Network Marketing is probably one of the biggest industries where huge amounts of rejection can happen. Nobody is exempted, be it a new member who just signed up, top 500 distributors, hall of famers, marketing team, our Vice Presidents and even our Board of Directors. Yes, rejection happens even to the very best in the business.

Now this may sound scary to some but the truth is, rejections are part of life. Even when you were not with AIM Global, rejection is already happening to you. You just didn’t notice it because it has become part of your background. For example, this morning on your way to work, when you hailed that first taxi you saw and for some reason it did not stop to pick you up. Isn’t that called rejection? When you were applying to get a job, and the company you were applying for did not hire you, isn’t that called rejection? If you are a man and you are courting a girl, and every day you give gifts to that girl, you send her flowers, you buy her boxes of chocolates and after a month or two, you saw that girl, holding hands with another man, now that is called rejection!

The question is, despite all these rejections, why is it that you were still able to get to your office today, why is it that you were still able to find a job, and why are you today married with a great family?

The answer to all these is simple. You did not stop. You just went on to the next thing or person that is available, and this brings us to our first tip in handling rejection.

If you want to be successful, you have to understand what the word NO means. You should put it in a different perspective and find a way to work that NO towards a YES in the future.

The world is filled with great people who have learned how to apply these lessons.

Stephen King is an American author of contemporary horror, suspense, science fiction and fantasy. One of the best movies he wrote was the Shawshank Redemption starring Tim Robbins. But did you know that when he was starting, he almost burned the manuscript for his very first book entitled Carrie. He did that because he was rejected by many publishing houses. It’s a good thing his wife Tabitha hastily grabs the copies and told King to finish it. The book eventually became a best seller and also a successful movie and King went on to become a successful author selling over 350 million of his books worldwide.

Michael Jordan, arguably the greatest basketball player ever up to this date. He has won 6 World Championships and numerous MVP awards, but did you know that he was rejected and cut by his high school team coach. He was told that he was not that talented enough.

But that did not hinder Jordan. He then eventually became so successful that a statue was built for him outside the Chicago Bulls home court. In one of his Nike commercials, he said that he missed over 9,000 shots in his career, lost 300 games and missed 26 game winning shots. He has failed over and over again, but because of his failures, he then succeeded.

Gemma Jamisola, AIM Global Ambassador, this lady started our business with very humble beginnings. She worked as a factory worker in MEPZ (Mactan Export Processing Zone), and she was invited to an opportunity meeting just like you in AIM Global. The problem is this lady was raised in poverty, no money and experience in business. She once lived under a bridge. (Mactanbridge). The worst thing about it, Gemma was pregnant when she started AIM Global, and her hubby was negative initially about the business.

She was rejected by a lot friends and relatives; in short she had all the reasons for failing in this business. But her living condition and rejections did not deter Gemma from succeeding. Just this year, she was one of the awardee at our Profit Sharing Rally held at the MOA Arena, Gemma received a fat bonus check of over P127,000.

The industries for the three examples above are different, but the process is the same with AIM Global business.

You just have to realize that there is no one magic bullet in closing your prospect. Sometimes you just have to go home empty handed. The key is to remember that when somebody says no to you, it does not mean you already failed or you are an automatic failure.

We do know that when somebody rejects you most especially your closest friend or relative, it makes you feel miserable and painful inside, but you must understand that many moments of rejection are actually opportunities for learning.

A study has been conducted that an average person won’t say yes – meaning yes to becoming a member – before they first come up with some type of a no. If you find that hard to believe, ask yourself, “did you automatically said yes to joining AIM Global or network marketing when this was first offered to you?” Now some of you might say yes, but you would be surprise that almost 80% of other people came up with a no first before saying yes.

You have to handle that concept, and then learn the script or dialogue that would keep your prospect moving toward a yes. We have found out all over the years that our distributors who earned the most money are actually the ones who got rejected the most – they just didn’t take it personally.

AIM Global business is very simple, it is not about luck, charm, intelligence, like most people think. AIM Global business is a science. You just have to let go of your fear of rejection and then learn what to say when somebody says no to you.

  1. 1. I don’t understand – This happens when your prospect has questions that are not yet answered. Our suggestion is to just keep going, if a prospect has a lot of question, it could be a great sign that he or she is interested with our business, or it could really mean that they are confused by your presentation. When it’s the latter, we suggest you try to adjust your presentation, study which part of it isn’t clear to your prospects.
  2. 2. Now is not a good time – The prospect maybe just buying some time. Maybe he or she is thinking of some problems at home or at the office. When this happens, just give them some breathing room to think and follow them up some other day.
  3. 3. You’re missing something – Perhaps you have yet to explain how the company earns if they have a huge pay out to all distributors. You have to yet to explain our safety net.
  4. 4. Not yet – Your prospect maybe saying no because he/she does not have money yet. Or maybe he/she has the money but wants to know how much support they are getting once they join. Ask questions to clarify what your potential client means.
  5. 5. Not from you – You did not make any personal connection to your prospect. It maybe during the presentation they felt that you were insincere or impolite to them.

Tom Hopkins, a master trainer of sales said that handling rejection is not a matter of skill, but of preparation, right perspective and attitude.

People will say yes more on your belief, excitement, and conviction than on your product knowledge or technical skills. They can see it in your eyes how serious you really are in this business.

The key here is to listen to your prospect, listen to them by heart, and know what their needs are. You must have passion in every aspect of our business. We have distributors who did not get high school or even elementary diplomas but are so doing well and the reason behind that is they have passion.

There are three types of listeners, the poor listener, the one who does not hear a word on what the prospect say because they are focus on what to say next. Then there is the average listener, the one who only hears half of what is being said, and the emphatic listeners, these people are so focused to their prospect and can hear the hidden meanings behind the words of their prospect.

So we suggest you become an emphatic listener, because our prospects have their own defense mechanisms. When you listen, you become a creative thinker.

Your prospect may be saying no because they are afraid of speaking to people to present the business. When you realize this because you were listening, you can then reassure your prospect that you there are people who can help them do the speaking for them. It could be you, your upline or the best speakers in our Company etc.

Always remain positive. No may not mean never, it could mean not NOW. Let your prospect think. Tell your prospect, when you say NO, it would only mean nothing.

You will gain NOTHING from the benefits or our products.

You will earn NOTHING from our compensation plan.

Then be silent and let the prospect ponder it over.

Silence is a powerful tool. Remember that.

So listen to your prospect, always keep learning. Don’t be afraid to get rejected.

Rejection is nothing more than a necessary step in the pursuit of success!

Attend five OPP meetings consecutively with your prospects

The mentor of all mentors was right in stating the quote above. Anything worth doing needs practice until it becomes a habit. He also said that mastering our marketing plan is just like listening to our favorite song.

The first time you hear it you might say, “Wow, it’s so nice. I like it!”

The second time would be like, “I understand the lyrics.”

The third you hear it, you might be singing a little bit of the chorus line.

The fourth time could be your first solo inside the bathroom. (lol)

The fifth time, well you could be singing out loud in front of an audience!

When you attend our OPP 5 times it is just the same.

The first time you hear our OPP, you could say, “Wow! P24,000 per day income! I can be a Millionaire soon! Power! Grabe!”

The second time would be like, “So that’s how you make P24,000 per day, you need 16 matches, now I understand a little bit.!”

The third time you hear our OPP, “So that’s how you earn thru our Unilevel and Stairstep marketing plan, I am finally getting it.”

The fourth time, you might already know the marketing plan by heart.

And the fifth time, you could be out recruiting people.

When you are out recruiting people, you have this great asset in you that most distributors do not have, and that is the knowledge in presenting our marketing plan. You have a great advantage within, because you no longer have to rely in big seminars or speakers in building your business. You have mastered the OPP and you can present it anytime and anywhere you want to.

One of the great advantages of AIM Global business as compared to Traditional Business is that it is so portable. You can practically do it anywhere. All you need is a piece of paper and a pen, (some use tablet or laptop) you could draw our marketing plan to your prospect in buses, taxis or in airplanes.

Some become so good with it, that they can present the marketing plan in 5 minutes. If you got stuck in an elevator with an experienced networker, don’t be surprised if that person could persuade you in taking a look at our business before you even get to your floor.

Now you might say, “I don’t think I can do that, I’m shy and I’m not good in talking to people.” Guess what? These experience networkers were just like you when they first started. If you personally know these people even before they joined AIM Global, you probably say, that it is impossible that they could be an expert in something like these, they are so introverted, very shy, they don’t really talk, but today because of our training program, they are now a totally different kind of person.

Take the case of Global Ambassador Mr. Yuri Mesagrande from General Santos, Philippines. Yes, you probably heard of his hometown if you love boxing. It is where the great Manny Paquiao grew up. And just like Pacman, Yuri grew up in poverty – he was a street vendor, selling rags for a living. If you have met him 5 or 6 years ago, you would not have thought that Yuri is capable of succeeding in AIM Global. But guess what, out of his sheer will and burning desire to succeed, he studied the business and slowly but surely he became one of the most inspiring people to come out of AIM Global as a member of the elite Millionaires Circle.

Just look at his Facebook account and you will see he does one on one presentations, small meetings, and big presentations in almost every type of person. He can speak with non-professionals, professionals, students etc.
He didn’t have exceptional talent, he has no college degree, and he had no confidence when he started. He simply started attending seminars, learning everything that he can, he listened to the advice of the experts, until finally one day, he realize that he is now one of the experts giving advice to hundreds of people on his organization.

If you want to be a successful network marketer with AIM Global, it is not enough that you are motivated. While motivation is vital for success to happen, it is still important to learn the right skills in order to get to your desired outcome quickly. As the philosopher, Jim Rohn said, “Motivation alone is not enough, if you have an idiot and you motivate him, you now have a motivated idiot.” This only means that you should not assume that your new distributors would know everything just because he or she is excited to do the business.

Learning new skills are important, the faster you learn this skills, the faster you can gain massive success and earn residual income that could greatly benefit you and your family.

The good thing about Network Marketing is that this skills cost less or even FREE to learn. Unlike in other careers like sports athletes, medical doctors, lawyers, engineers, the skills needed to learn here could cost you lots of time and money and yet Network Marketers have proven to create more Millionaires than any other profession in this world.

The first and MAJOR skill that you need to learn in Network Marketing is how to invite prospects. Since we are into people business, the proper skills that you can adapt here is close to being priceless. It can propel you to great heights that not even you can foresee.

1. The first thing to remember is that people do not just join your business.They actually join YOU.

If they already got to the point of registering for a single or multiple accounts always remember that these people decided to join primarily because of you. The character within you or perhaps the relationship that you have built with your prospect was the deciding factor. The products, marketing plan etc. follows only afterwards.

So if you want to attract people to join you, be an attractive person. This also applies if you are into online marketing. Be a reliable person, which means you have to make constant communication with the people you connect with online. Build friendships, build relationships.

Don’t open your conversation with the goal of recruiting the other person right away. They will run away from you.
Inspire them at first by showing examples of the different people with different backgrounds who have made it big in this business. Then educate them with our products and how much it could provide value to them and to their families. After doing this, step back and let your prospect decide on your offer.


2. The next step is you have to always be enthusiastic. This applies whether you are speaking to them via 1-on-1 meeting, small group presentation or even online video or chat like (skype).

There is a big difference in saying, “C’mon friend, take a look at my offer, we have foreigners joining us plus you also have a chance to travel abroad for free” in an enthusiastic way to that of saying it in a monotone way.

The latter would sound like as if your business has already closed down even if it has even started.

Remember this, aside from food, clothing and shelter MAN has other needs. You can capitalize with these needs as you go on prospecting.

Man needs the basics in life to survive, as stated above, we all need food, shelter and clothing. Such needs could only be enjoyed if you have an income to sustain it. There are prospects out there that don’t get motivated at first with the huge income our business offers. So instead of saying you can earn big income like tens of thousands of dollars a month, you can offer them a chance to earn at least 25% -50% retail profit part time.

Let us share you some example.

A call center agent in the Philippines has a salary of about P15, 000-20,000 (US$350-450) per month. If you came out to them and offer an extra income of P100, 000/month, some people might not believe you. But if you came up to them and say that they can earn an extra P1,000 -2,000 sideline income without their boss around them, there is a big chance of them taking your offer.

Is P1, 000-2,000/month extra income big to most employees?

You bet. Have you ever seen your officemates having a big deal of salary discrepancy of about P10-20.?

There was a time were violent rallies were made just for the sake of a salary increase of P1- (one peso).
So were pretty sure that an amount of 1k-2k increase in income could surely be a great help to compensate some of our prospects daily allowance.

There are people around us who are not motivated by money. We have prospects that are already very rich. These people would not join you if you came up and tell them if they can earn P100, 000 or even a million a month income. They have been there already.

Can you imagine if you try to invite your Uncle who owns a huge factory and owns acres of land in his province and your first sentence is, “ahh umm, Uncle, do you want to be rich?” It is more than likely that you could get turned down.

But what if you came up to him and say, “Uncle in this business, we go out every month to bond, and we also have an ALIVE foundation wherein we give help to our less fortunate brothers and sisters.” This could stimulate interest for your uncle to join the business because he has a chance to do some charity works.
Man, wants to give LOVE and be LOVED.



It is a given fact, not all highly paid professionals are really happy with their life. This goes to show that money never makes you happy. What makes them happy is when they have this success feeling, like when they are recognize for the work that they do.

Here in AIM Global, we never fall short of recognition. We always give time in recognizing our distributors for every level of achievement. Last year alone, we held about 4 big events in major coliseums and arenas in the country.

So if you have a prospect like a highly paid doctor for example, you could say something like, “Doc, if you become a Global Ambassador in this business, you can have a chance to speak to a lot of people and share the great benefits of our products and services.”

You could create your own group, name it as you wish and elect yourself as President or the CEO of that group. It is all up to you.



It has been said that the poorest man on earth is not the man who does not have money – it is the one who does not have dreams. A lot of people, because of the many hardships in life have forgotten on how to dream.

In Network Marketing, we revive those dreams. We teach people that there is more to life than working from 9-5 just to pay the bills and retire.

The biggest dreams we can offer is that you can have FREEDOM. Freedom from your financial woes, as well as the limited time you give to yourself and family.

So tell your prospect that this Business offers them both financial and time freedom. It will help them bring back the time that they have lost because of your job and have the money to enjoy that time.

Network Marketing is a business. We recommend that you treat it as such. When you become a serious professional networker, the business would then be serious with you.

Treat it as just mere sideline business, then the results that you would get is also just mere sideline income.
Treat it as a big time business, then the income would also be big time.
